Syntax

      → \righthyphenmin ⟨equals⟩ ⟨number⟩

Example:

   \righthyphenmin=3
The value is stored in the HyphernationTable. Each HyphernationTable is based on \language and has its own \righthyphenmin value (other than the original TeX).
